The Story:

Dominic is a local contractor whom I have worked with for many years on many, many projects. Both on his personal projects and his real estate purchases, remodels and rentals.   They have since sold this/their lake house and Dom has now slowed down. To be honest, I don’t remember a lot of the specifics of this design, which was done in 2000.  In looking in the file, there were a couple of “book” one page plans but they don’t resemble the actual floor plan or elevation at all.  So perhaps I just worked from dimension restrictions inherent to the lot and a list of rooms wanted.  Jennifer always does such a great job decorating, as you can see from the from these pictures and also from the their personal Tudor home.
